Track detecting and logical regions with positioned Pauli contributions.

seeds are XORed into the reverse frame at exact boundaries between segments. A seed at boundary k + 1 is therefore visible in the snapshot at the end of segment k, then propagates backward through that segment.

Errors

Returns DetsliceError::RepeatNotFlattened for nested repeats or DetsliceError::SeedBoundaryOutOfRange for a boundary past the circuit.
