Compile a pinned detector-slice proxy.

Selectives resolve the source stabilizer basis, while T regions remain for display and are tracked with the slice engine’s T-to-S substitution.

Errors

Returns CompileError::CliffordProxyPinCount unless pins has exactly one bit per selective block in the expanded graph, and any compilation error the rewritten graph provokes. Pins follow expanded (z, x, y) block order.
