Derives missing feedback under an explicit component contract.

Unmatched source measurement results are errors, never silently fixed to zero. Graph-only measurement names are implementation records and are all checked. Only leading resets and measurements last on their own wires are supported; later conditional Paulis on other live wires are allowed.

Errors

Rejects missing bindings, mismatched support/rejection, incomplete anonymous certificates, resource limits, non-Pauli differences, or actions that fail graph/readout validation or re-verification after insertion.
