Module qasm 

Shared OpenQASM syntax for small Clifford+T components and Pauli feedback.

This module parses instructions; it does not execute a circuit or depend on a quantum engine. Conditions use OpenQASM 2 register equality. Nested ifs express conjunctions; several conditional Paulis can express XOR.
