run_bloq with private input seeds and a post-shot output hook.

Every seed starts in |+>. The preparation hook may entangle seeds. Each is injected before its temporal input Port, or before the first wait/cube after an ordinary spatial input’s virtual Port. Time-separated inputs may reuse one patch. Multiplex inputs inject before the virtual Port so its split sees them.
