Graph {
source: Box<BlockGraphError>,
span: Option<Span>,
},
}Expand description
An error from parsing or lowering .blog source text.
Most variants carry a Span into the source for diagnostic rendering; see
ParseError::render_diagnostic.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Syntax
Source text does not satisfy BLOG grammar.
UndefinedId
A statement references an undeclared block ID.
DuplicateId
A block ID is declared more than once.
DuplicateBranchName
A branch region name is declared more than once.
Fields
UndefinedBranchName
An action references an undeclared branch region.
InvalidDirection
Two pipe endpoints do not define a supported direction.
InvalidWalkingBlock
A walking block has invalid endpoints or boundary data.
InvalidPatchRotationBlock
A patch-rotation block has invalid endpoints or basis data.
CoordinateOverflow
Coordinate arithmetic overflowed during lowering.
ConflictingCubeHeights
Spatially connected cubes specify different symbolic heights.
Fields
pos: IVec3Position of the first conflicting cube.
height: CubeHeightHeight of the first conflicting cube.
other_pos: IVec3Position of the second conflicting cube.
other_height: CubeHeightHeight of the second conflicting cube.
UnsupportedVersion
The source declares a BLOG version this parser does not support.
Fields
Graph
A graph-construction or action-list failure raised while lowering the
parsed AST into a BlockGraph.
When present, span points at the source statement that introduced the
invalid graph element — the block or pipe statement whose lowering the
graph rejected. It is None when no single statement is responsible
(e.g. action-list validation).
Implementations§
Source§impl ParseError
impl ParseError
Sourcepub fn render_diagnostic(&self, filename: &str, source: &str) -> String
pub fn render_diagnostic(&self, filename: &str, source: &str) -> String
Render a rustc-style diagnostic using ariadne, with ANSI colors for terminal display.
Sourcepub fn render_diagnostic_plain(&self, filename: &str, source: &str) -> String
pub fn render_diagnostic_plain(&self, filename: &str, source: &str) -> String
Render the same diagnostic as render_diagnostic but without ANSI
escape sequences, for non-terminal consumers (exception messages,
logs, files).

§fn fg(&self, value: Color) -> Painted<&T>
fn fg(&self, value: Color) -> Painted<&T>
Returns a styled value derived from self with the foreground set to
value.
This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use color-specific
builder methods like red() and
green(), which have the same functionality but are
pithier.
§Example
Set foreground color to white using fg():
use yansi::{Paint, Color};
painted.fg(Color::White);Set foreground color to white using white().

This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use color-specific
builder methods like on_red() and
on_green(), which have the same functionality but
are pithier.
§Example
Set background color to red using fg():
use yansi::{Paint, Color};

§fn attr(&self, value: Attribute) -> Painted<&T>
fn attr(&self, value: Attribute) -> Painted<&T>
Enables the styling [Attribute] value.
This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use
attribute-specific builder methods like bold() and
underline(), which have the same functionality
but are pithier.
§Example
Make text bold using attr():
use yansi::{Paint, Attribute};
painted.attr(Attribute::Bold);Make text bold using using bold().
use yansi::Paint;
painted.bold();§fn rapid_blink(&self) -> Painted<&T>
fn rapid_blink(&self) -> Painted<&T>
§fn quirk(&self, value: Quirk) -> Painted<&T>
fn quirk(&self, value: Quirk) -> Painted<&T>
Enables the yansi [Quirk] value.
This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use quirk-specific
builder methods like mask() and
wrap(), which have the same functionality but are
pithier.
§Example
Enable wrapping using .quirk():
use yansi::{Paint, Quirk};
painted.quirk(Quirk::Wrap);Enable wrapping using wrap().
use yansi::Paint;
painted.wrap();§fn clear(&self) -> Painted<&T>
👎Deprecated since 1.0.1: renamed to resetting() due to conflicts with Vec::clear().
The clear() method will be removed in a future release.
fn clear(&self) -> Painted<&T>
renamed to resetting() due to conflicts with Vec::clear().
The clear() method will be removed in a future release.
§fn whenever(&self, value: Condition) -> Painted<&T>
fn whenever(&self, value: Condition) -> Painted<&T>
Conditionally enable styling based on whether the [Condition] value
applies. Replaces any previous condition.
See the crate level docs for more details.
§Example
Enable styling painted only when both stdout and stderr are TTYs:
use yansi::{Paint, Condition};
painted.red().on_yellow().whenever(Condition::STDOUTERR_ARE_TTY);§impl<T> Pointable for T
