Why raw node moments could not be aligned against their graph level.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Cycle(CycleDetected)

The graph has no causal order.

§

UnknownNode

A lane names no live node in this graph level.

Fields

§node: BloqNodeId

Missing node id.

§

NonQuantumNode

Only quantum nodes own physical moments.

Fields

§node: BloqNodeId

Non-quantum node id.

§

DuplicateLane

A node has exactly one raw moment lane.

Fields

§node: BloqNodeId

Duplicated node id.

§

InvalidTimeline

Hand-built timeline metadata violates its cumulative-layer contract.

Fields

§node: BloqNodeId

Node with invalid timeline metadata.

§

TimelineRoundCountMismatch

Timeline cuts count logical rounds, so the descriptor count must agree.

Fields

§node: BloqNodeId

Affected node.

§expected: u32

Round count declared by the timeline.

§actual: usize

Round count found in the moments.

§

UnsupportedCircuitOperation

The circuit operation cannot be represented by aligned kind buckets.

Fields

§operation: &'static str

Unsupported operation name.

§

LayerOrderConflict

Layer-major emission would start a dependent node before its source ends.

Fields

§predecessor: BloqNodeId

Earlier causal node.

§dependent: BloqNodeId

Dependent node scheduled too early.

§predecessor_layer: i64

Final predecessor layer.

§dependent_layer: i64

Initial dependent layer.

§

AlignmentTooLarge

The pairwise dynamic-programming table is deliberately bounded.

Fields

§left_moments: usize

Left sequence length.

§right_moments: usize

Right sequence length.
