InputTrust

Enum InputTrust

Source
pub enum InputTrust {
    Trusted,
    Checked,
}
Expand description

Whether an emission entry point checks its input program first.

Emission needs the WF-9 per-node merge either way (it is what the backend emits from); this only selects whether the full T2 well-formedness audit runs alongside it. The default is Trusted, so ordinary emission does not run that audit.

Use Checked to request the audit before emitting. In trusted mode, malformed input can produce a wrong circuit, although plan construction and emission still report errors they encounter.

Variants§

§

Trusted

Skip the full T2 audit; still build the required emission plans.

§

Checked

Run the full T2 audit before emitting.
