Linearize a Bloq into per-node Stim chunks (see BloqStimSegments), noiseless and trusting the program.

Production callers want emit_bloq_stim, which streams into one buffer. This variant exists for per-node inspection and index alignment. Use emit_bloq_stim_segments_with for noise or a checked input; noise is already part of each node’s instantiated circuit by the time it is chunked.

Errors

Returns StimEmissionError if the program cannot be statically emitted.
